Very Worst 😞 Service. I asked a bottle of water at 7 PM and I got that bottle at 8 AM in the morning. The reason was staff are sleeping we can not serve at night. If anyone want to stay here please bring your own food, water, towel, soap, brush etc.

I gave thema 4* some four years before, however after recent stay, editing my rating now. The services of this hotel has deteriorated very much over the time and food quality, breakfast menu have also gone down. The hotel rooms need immediate renovation and the staffs need to be trained again on hospitality and professionalism.

The place was really great in terms of ambience, food and service. The restaurant gave a feeling of good atmosphere. Beautiful cozy place with a very attractive menu. Very delicious with a tangy taste. Your tastebuds would go on a roll. Do try out there. Lastly coming to the service - it was well done by the staff. The waiter was a gentleman. The service was very good. The manager and the staff were quite impressive even during the late night becauase of my arrival .Definitely trying them the next time i am there. Big thumbs up.So yess big thumbs up for you guys

Good Rooms. Food is tasty and polite staff. Have enough parking space for visitors. Single rooms beds are bit small in size, but well maintained, occupied with TV, A/C, Balcony, wardrobe etc Spa available too

Ambience and quality of food was good, this hotel is newly made and it's almost opposite to Sohum Shoppe in Naharlagun. Earlier to this hotel river view was the best place to stay in Naharlagun. Different type of cuisine available here like continental, Chinese, south indian etc. I had deducted one star for non availability of Aglio Olio and boondi raita which had ordered for and didn't get. Price of food was ok Matar paneer at Rs200 is quite affordable. Portion of food was good.

Beware they are fraud ,took money from me for advance booking , but they told me they didnt receive money due to technical issue and ask more money after waiting for so long i finally found they are scammers . In the name of this hotel they are stealing money ... I lost 9000 inr ... Beware.. and requesting google map please take action..

One of the best hotel in Naharlagun, Arunachal Pradesh. Location also very good. 5.7 km from Naharlagun Railway station. Staffs are well behaved and very friendly. Food quality also very good. You will get to Dik Rong River just 5 mins walk from hotel. You will get a parking area under the hotel for your car or bike.

Hotel rising star staffs are very cooperative and nice behaviour. Cleaning marks - 5/5 We enjoy the pleasant stay and celebrate my son birthday with hotel staff and my colleague during summer vacation visit.
