Hygge Hotel

Expensive rooms with close to zero amenities. No geyser, no night lamp, non-working TV/cable, no electric kettle and tea kits. Only advantage is its location, which is close to NERIST.

Well maintained and clean rooms

"The staff seems to be least interested in customer satisfaction". As a guest, one has to adhere to the strict timing of the hotel. The entry gates were shut at 10.30 pm and no one is allowed into the premises after 12 am. (Kind of worrying for a traveller ). A room with 2 single beds was charged at 1800 rupees but a look into the register indicated that price actually ranged from 1000 to 1200 rupees. The beds were decent for a single person but the amenities offered were not decent. The bed sheets were dirty, the toilets were not that clean and room service for the late night traveller is a myth. Overall, if you are interested in staying in Nirjuli, you may consider this hotel but dnt expect the best of facilities.

Too expensive for non ac. Don't know what they take all that money for... No geyser, no TV connection and broken commodes. Even the ac rooms don't have tv connection. They do have a tv in each room with two remotes but that's just for show 😂 it's like they are charging extra so that they can buy the needed connection later.

Had a great stay here. Rooms are decent and neat. Staffs were very cordial and helpful. Highly recommend 👌🏻👌🏻

This hotel is budget hotel start at 2nd floor. Reception is at 2nd floor. Rooms are clean with TV, Tata sky connection with and without AC.

The staff and ambience of the hotel is good but prices are little bit on higher side, Per AC room cost 1800/- per night and non AC cost 1350/- per night.

Room and bathroom was ok, but food was not provided, plus high fees just for a stay. Sorry but didn't enjoy it
