Hotel paaying regency

Overall experience that i had staying at the hotel was not that great, as it had electric shortage and didn't provide current as they had their own generator. For the fooding thing, our food order was delayed and was cold. And the availability of the food isn't great thier. I would recommend the people reading my review that, if you're short in budget you can stay here though you'll have to face current shortage, unhygienic food, and uncleaned bathroom. But if you're financially good you can stay at "Hotel Asir" Though price is a bit higher than this hotel, they provide a lot more cleaner room and bathroom with great behaving staffs and good food. Plus they provide you with free complimentary breakfast.

Very sad no light from since 1am so can't sleep without fan its too hot now n right it's 4.31 am still m awakening due to no light even my daughter is unable to sleep...very poor electricity outside light is coming but in ds hotel no lights so please dear customer so ensure abt d light before ur staying in d hotel..coz I don't want u all to b feel d same inconvenience dt we faced today

Excellent personnel is what actually makes this a great location to stay, along with great hospitality and wonderfully beautiful, clean rooms. We stayed here for nearly 17 days. Everyone here is really kind and generous with their time and expertise. Our group went with a large amount of luggage, which was expertly handled. Furthermore, the food was of the highest quality. Once more, I would like to express my gratitude to the entire Hotel Paaying staff for making our stay comfortable.

Unprofessional staff. I booked with makemytrip for 2 nights, but due to my flight getting cancelled, I couldn't reach the destination and hence requested for a full refund, but they didn't agree to refund even a rupee. The flight getting cancelled was beyond our control so staff could have been a little generous. So, recommend everyone to not pay the booking amount in advance for this property.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Especially the manager Mr Sharma is ready with solutions to every problem u may face in town or during your trip. Food is good though they don't have a restaurant. Rooms are decent.
