Tents are old. Lack of hot water. Staffs are not good at all. Never try crispy baby corn. Very less options in menu. Soft drinks are not available. Tents rate are little bit higher.

Location is beautiful. But housekeeping and Room service is very poor. Room full of dust and mites and got allergy. Never stay in resort and camp here.

I would like to rate this resort in minus if possible, No maintenance, no proper service, no taste in food. Too expensive but quality too poor.

Very poor service. Also tents have worn out and no service is provided in tents.

The resort is worth exploring if you are on a get-away for a day or two but the service is horrible and it might actually ruin your day.

We had a very unpleasant stay in this resort.. The food service is very slow .. We had to stay 10 hours without water supply which made it a very difficult stay.. There is no intercom in the rooms to contact the service providers hence faced difficulty in contacting them.. The food menu and rooms are very much overpriced according to the service. Not recommending this place and definitely not visiting the place anymore...

A calm and a nice place. Unfortunately they are very slow it took them around 40 mins to give the food. The food quality and quantity was very good. There's a big campus and lawn available and no. of tourist attractions nearby.

Large spacious rooms with verandahs on both sides that open out to lots of greenery. That is the good part. The bad part is the restaurant and its service. I had to wait for 45 minutes to get a plate of noodles. They had nothing that they could serve as a side dish - no chilli paneer, no veg Manchurian, nothing. The place is understaffed and it seems the owners have left the place to be handled by inexperienced youngsters with no one to supervise. Inspite of being understaffed they allow entry of outsiders to the restaurant and the resort guests become second class citizens. There is hardly any professionalism or friendliness to be seen. It is a pity because the property is quite nice.
