Nice hotel , rooms and food were so good. Service was perfect. Views of the entire valley from top rooms were amazing .

Very bad experience with the Reception staff. He is very rude, uncultured and not at all trained on hospitality management. The hotel is good. But management is the worst. Instead of staying in this hotel tourists can stay at Shergaon homestays.

House keeping staff very good, hot and tasty veg food for us. Room service was also good. Bathrooms were clean. Overall good.

Recently I stayed in this hotel with my family and it was a very great experience. We loved the location and view, we all had a very good view from the window. Special view from the roof. The hotel is surrounded by hills and a stream was floating nearby, the whole experience was very good. There's a helipad of Indian army and in the morning you can witness the great view of the helicopter landing and takeoff.

The rooms were large enough with heater provided in the room, but the furniture provided was not up to the mark it was cheap The staff was very polite, cordial and helpful, but I think they lacked training in hospitality The food is of average quality and need improvement

It was a rubbish hotel. A total bad experience last night. We had booked a room and was given another type of room. The room was small, untidy, one window from where we could see garbage only. It was 304. We booked 301 & 302 types room. My husband in the morning while clicking the photos of 301 & 302 ( empty then) was threatened by the manager. The attitude of the manager was rough, insensitive and rude. He told my husband that " why didn't you all shift to another hotel at night when u found the rooms not up the mark? " Imagine, how a Hotel service provider could behave like this? We had been cheated and felt insecured. My 15 years old boy was also very scared . Very negative experience. This hotel should be banned. They are service provider. They should know how to behave. Otherwise how will they run their livelihood?

It was no doubt the best hotel I have been in arunachal and when I say that trust me. After a bad experience in previous hotel this ond didn't stand back in hospitality and comfort. the staff is great, everything is just perfectly splendid.
