Pleasant experience with good rooms, tasty food, excellent service and warm hospitality from all staff. Wifi needs to work otherwise it's a wonderful experience of staying here. Value added service provided by staff by sharing jacket to guest in cold temperature as guest did not have one. Must visit to this property!

We got put up in zax stars new building, on the second floor. Biggest drawback is they do not have lift, this could be an issue for the elderly / heart patients.secondly there are very frequent power cuts - thats when the room heater stops working thus making the stay somewhat uncomfortable. The rooms are quite spacious and one gets a good view of the mountains from the balcony. Toilets are clean with a good supply of hot water ( except when the power is cut). I would rate this as good stay considering the overall difficulties in serving at such a high altitude .the amount of bedding / blankets is sufficient to cover for the cold ( we travelled to Tawang in april). Food was good.fish fry was good and so was dal khichadi, breakfast.

Situated in a well connected central area, easy to find, and boasts spacious rooms in the newer building. Staff are helpful, and food prepared on demand. One minus for us was that the space heaters provided were insufficient to warm the place. Otherwise, a largely positive experience.

We had a wonderful 3 nights at the Hotel. Suman, the manager is very helpful and so are the staff. He ensured that we had a pleasant stay. The rooms in the new building are large and comfy. Hot water is 24x7 though you have to wait a little after every turn. The room heaters provided are barely adequate for summer. But they provided a larger one for my mom on request. Well located and good food. Overall a good hotel and great service. Tawang weather was beautiful and made our stay enjoyable. Thanks a lot.

We stayed here for 3 days. Located a bit away from main market area. It has both old and new building.We stayed in old building, very well furnished wooden finished rooms, airy and spacious with great view. Manager Mr. Suman Chetry is gem of a person. He arranged the car, pass and driver for Bumla pass. Geyser and electric kettle is present. We were also provided with room heater . But be prepared for very frequent power cuts. Food is good and various options are available. Room service was also good. The only con we've faced is that there is no elevator. So it's a bit difficult to climb upto 3rd floor everyday. If you are an elderly or cardiac patient just be cautious. Overall we are very satisfied with our stay and all the staffs were very cordial and welcoming.

Stayed in this hotel for THREE nights with all our 14 family members from EX POLICE OFFICERS CADETS' & CADETS' WIVES FORUM during ARUNACHAL PRADESH TOUR from KOLKATA . WE in between age group between 70 and 80 YRS of age enjoyed a lot. Neat and clean excellent rooms , delicious food, service, prompt service and hospitality, their behaviour under the leadership of SUMON is praise worthy. As a manager, SUMON CHETRI took care of all these Sr Citizens sincerely, politely which impressed all of us. Again will come shortly to get such comfort .
