HOTEL MONYUL TAWANG

Loved the hotel. Location is within the market area which is absolutely fantastic. The most fascinating thing about this hotel is that the hospitality, especially by the manager, was very nice. I,along with my family, stayed in a 4-bedded room and we faced no problem in the presence of them. Food quality as well as quantity is good. The only trouble my family faced was that there were frequent power cuts, even if they have their inverter. But excluding this, everything was nice. Would highly recommend to stay in this hotel if anyone visits Tawang( our family stayed for 3 nights ).

Stayed for 3 nights and it has to be one of the best hotel experiences ever. Clean rooms, good service. The manager is so cooperative. Overall I would recommend this place to stay in Tawang!!

The hotel is very nice . Rooms are super Clean . And specially I wanna thanks the manager (Deepu bhaiya ). He is such a nice and helpful person . And I was there 4 days ago . And beleive me those negetive comments are fake . Deepu bhaiya is very polite helpfull . Even he came to pick us up on the main road . Even he recommends you the best food over the area he never force you to eat in there restaurant and all . For us he told me to visit the restaurant called Kali ma . And local bakery. One day we tried there food at the restaurant and it was supper tasty . And they also have complementary breakfast. If you visit there I will recommend everyone one to visit this hotel . I can assure you that you never gonna regret about this .

Room was good but the main problem comes with the service. We had visited the hotel last November. At first we thought all are very good but the Service manager Deepu is quite the opposite. Never discuss about any cab service or extra service with him, he will definitely scam you . We were forced to pay 2500 to some goons otherwise we were threatened by him . Edit: very nicely cooked up reply from the owners/ probably Deepu himself, the thing is that Deepu made us pay that amount by putting us under threat, though we had not booked any service from him, nor were we given any cab. The local mafia/ goon who called in his phone told us that they won't let us leave the hotel if we don't pay them the amount aka, in his words "cancellation charge". All this because Deepu had decided to book the cab himself on our behalf without us knowing anything and later denied any involvement in this. Scary and unwelcoming experience we had there. All the boarders, if any, should refrain from talking with him about any other service . There were some other staffs too like Amar and his elder sister, who were very nice to us and helpful, but the entire experience was ruined by that Deepu.

Location of this hotel is perfect.. You can easily access the market. Dipu and sourav is very friendly and helpful in everything. Food quality is also fantastic.. Overall it's a great experience to be here. If you are in tawang be there for a day atleast.

You may find Hotels with better facilities or better rooms but you won't get better service anywhere. An added bonus is their hotel food. Their quantity is huge and one item is enough for two people. Quality wise the food was prep on order so freshness was a garuntee. Do try their momo and thupka. They also organise local tours on request for you.

Had a wonderful stay for 4 days here during my visit to participate in the Tawang marathon. The hotel is located in the central market area. Rooms are tidy and well maintained. Food is always served fresh. All the staff members (Deepu, Saurabh, Naru, Schi, Arum) are very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!!

Stayed here for 2 nights during my recent Arunachal trip. One of the good staying experiences ever ! Clean rooms and Good food. Quick responsive staff 👍. Recommended 💯
