NillHoter service is very poor - front desk manager to staff . Room tarriff is high as compared to room quality. providing airport pickup only which is absolutely wrong. Hotel should provide airport pickup or drop facility in same tarriff.

NillI am a regular business traveller, mostly 10 days a month, and this was the worst hotel, which I stayed in nearby time. zero value for money and zero rating. only the reception is looking good and by showing photos of some good rooms they are cheating the customers. even they are repeatedly using pillow and bed sheets without cleaning. For references, I am attaching photos of 2.5 k rented room without a break fast & single day& single occupancy. There, I see the real cheaters & ...... , ie. M/s. Nataraj Hotel, Dibrugarh. Requesting all to avoid this hotel from your future plans.

NillThis was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. They advertise good rooms on their website, but the room I was given was nothing like what was promised. It had a foul smell, was unclean, and dust was coming from the carpet. The bed was dirty, and the flush in the washroom was broken. To make things worse, the telephone in the room didn’t work, making it impossible to contact room service. I am highly disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

NillThe buffet was cold as the north pole. Their excuse was, "the food was preped beforehand". I sincerely request the management to equip the service with proper resources to keep the food warm when served.

NillStayed in single executive room, rates reasonable but rooms were not properly clean and bed rolls were used ones, After complain it was changed, I love its kitchen, very tasty food and complementary breakfast was average type, not bad. Driver accomodation not available on payment basis also. It is in the heart of the city, room tarrif was reasonable.

NillOther than the location of the Hotel, nothing is good about the hotel for one to say the stay has been satisfactory. Old dirty toilets, rooms needing renovation, faulty door locks, bad food!! you name it...
