Worst experience with untidy room, AC service poor, food quality sub standard comparison to cost paid and owner/manager behaviour hostile. But out of compulsion medical patients bound to stay there. Overall experience, better to choose another unless u r compelled.

Wrost experience in ur hotel i.e on 7/3/24 as ur male receptionist name unknown??? And female reception namely Sweta chetry as per g.pay record had looted our money.i request chief manager to terminate both staffs from ur hotel either teach them lessons properly how to deal with customer in a professional way instead tactics looting money from customer.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE The manager refused us to provide a towel even we requested so many times moreover the bathroom lock was broken from inside . I fail to understand why they are fooling the travelers. Seriously its disappointing. We have upgraded our room for 217 to 205 because according to them AC rooms are not available and the TV is also not working. UNBELIEVABLE STAY AND EXPERIENCE OWNER NEED TO TRAIN THERE STAFFS AND MANAGER. Total harassment.

My personal experience. The prices of rooms are cheaper than most of the hotels in Dibrugarh. There's a space for free parking. Cleanliness could be improved. There are no charging points near the bed in non-ac rooms. There are no wardrobe.
