Hotel Rainbow Regis

Not bad, according to the price. But the workmanship is done by unskilled labourers. Eg- Inverted sowers touching the roof, improper wardrobe etc. This is a result of not involving technical person. Really feel bad to see the wastage of the hotel owner.

I loved it because tjis trip was with my friends and i got the best service according to me.|| The hotel staffs were quite polite and cooperative . The service was quite good. As im a person who looks after quality and the taste of the food was good. Tge service was a bit slow on the first day but when i informed the reception they tried their best to full fill the lackings. And i stayed there for 4 days. And rest 3 days the service was awesome. I mean they took our words positively and worked on it so fast. Was so happy with the way they responded. About cleanliness i would rate them 5 as its a 3 star hotel the cleanliness was maintained well. Housekeeping service was quite good. I loved the bar was newly launched "the lantern" i must say good ambience and hospitality. I think one should visit the bar if yo are staying up in this hotel. Lastly everything was perfect. My trip to dibrugarh was awesome coz if your hotel is awesome everything is awesome.||So i'll ask my friends to visit Rainbow Regis and experience the good food ,good service of the place.||And yeah!! I too would like to visit again if im visiting dibrugarh someday again.

Went there to have dinner with family. The first thing that seemed odd was that the restaurant was upstairs but the washing area and restrooms were downstairs so every time you need to wash hands or use the restroom, keep walking downstairs and upstairs. The service was also really poor. Even though the restaurant had only one other customer besides us, they took more than 50 minutes to serve us. Even after taking so much time, the chicken was not fresh and felt like food that has gone sour due to heat. Never going back there. Will not recommend if you want your food fresh and served fast.

Check-in was smooth and the rooms are on first floor. Some of the rooms have a view but one part of the hotel is facing another apartment which blocks the natural light. Rooms are spacious with modern amenities but toilets require some attention. Comfortable bed. We have ordered meals in the room and to my surprise, Chinese dishes were some of the best I have ever had! They were also generous enough to offer a complimentary mini-bar!! Airport / train station pick-up drop available at a reasonable rate.

The hotel is situated in a central location in the town. The rooms were in top notch condition as well as spacious, and the stuff were good. But at the time of check out, they tried to charge us more, maybe by mistake, but that was definitely a turn off. The check in was quick. But just like most of the hotels, the food prices are too high. I suggest you order food from app, as you will find variety as well as low prices. The airport takes around 20 minutes from there. The road in front has autos if you want to commute.

Awful hospitality.. Worst ambience although hotel is quite big.. But absolutely no maintenance. Service is absolutely terrible. Will not recommend.

Rooms are big but old worn out linen. Bathrooms are in bad shape.cheap toiletries. Food average but poor presentation. General upkeep and maintenance very poor. Laundry service pathetic. They don't even know how to fold clothes. Room Price very high for the quality. Good infrastructure but very poorly managed and maintained. Overall it is just a single to two star 🌟 hotel.certainly never near a three star as they claim.

The infrastructure is pretty much impressive with hygiene and friendly and efficient staff being it's strongest suits. Perhaps the location could have been a little better. But, considering the good food and commendable service, the location is just a small blight in their records, something that can be ignored. Overall, it was a good stay and I definitely did enjoy my time there!
