Hotel Golden Orchid

The hotel can be located easily. Parking space is available. Rooms are spacious and well built, but bedsheets and towels are not well washed or maintained. They are stained. Even after asking them to change, they replaced with stained linens. Considering the price of the room its not satisfactory. As we had paid for extra bed charge, we asked only for one extra blanket. However, the management failed to respond promptly. Bedsize are small even though the online sites had described it as king size bed. Complementary toileteries are not provided adequately. Additionally, there was some kind of party on the floor above us, which was continually blaring noisy music, keeping us up. Management staff do not have coordination among them and requires better training. Absolutely horrible management.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite impressed with the quality of the rooms and the level of service provided. However, I would recommend that the management consider adding mini refrigerators to their deluxe rooms. In hot weather, a mini refrigerator is a basic necessity that would greatly enhance the comfort and convenience for future guests. Overall, a small addition that could make a significant difference.

It was a Pathetic day spent here with non availability of any services. Staffs are non professional and have no sense of hospitality and there was no manager at the hotel.Its being managed over the telecom. Breakfast aren't served at the right time and the food is average. Avoid It!

I checked in at 2:30 am due to a delayed train, and I informed the receptionist that I didn't have enough cash at the moment and asked if I could pay during checkout. However, they insisted I pay upfront, which added to my exhaustion. They charged ₹3300, which felt overpriced, especially since there were no pool facilities, the TV wasn't working, and breakfast was finished when I went. The staff's behavior was also quite unprofessional and unhelpful. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
