Hotel Galaxy

Very bad place the room condition is pathetic like come on if it was single room for double room, very unhygienic, everything is broken and yeah the most disappointed part was the taps are all dismantle like why make 100+ rooms when they can't even fix a single tap??? Waste of money came from a long journey juts to rest and take a bath but had to leave ASAP because of the unhygienic condition.

Bathrooms are at there worst condition even the floors were too messe and dirty and even the towels they provided were too smelly but the counter staff were too good and friendly owner needs to raise there salary and maintain the hotel

Room is comfortable and good to stay according to the price but was disappointed, the bedsheet was dirty and torn didn't expect that. There was no doormat outside the bathroom. These are small basic things which should be taken care of. The healthy lady on the counter was sweet and polite.

Reception needs more welcoming attitude, AC rooms had no seat ( a cunning but no customer next time like me), rooms needs to be cleaned and keep ready for next customer to check ,

Active very active service haha 😂 you ask for hot water... they'll knock your door in 2 mins But rooms are a bit unclean (smells/blankets)

I booked my stay by using OYO. When I reached there they said they are not connected with oyo. So I had to book again in the hotel by paying more. So it was totally OYO's fault. Keeping that aside. Hotel was average there was some cleanliness issues. And towel was not provided when I booked. Stay was ok.

Staff was good but room was no paint and washroom also not paint lot of mosquitoes U can't sleep se the photos room like horror films
