Hotel Crystal Inn

Stayed for 1night and it was horrible experience, I haven't experienced this type of stay in my whole life. even unable to take bath because of washroom uncleanliness and literally Pathetic service, rooms are dusty and dirty curtains in windows, service phone was not working. Yes after informed staff that room is so dusty housekeeping staff come and did clean but still there was unknown fragrance in the room, Changed blanket by staff and he also said if you need more clean blanket than we have to buy new one from store..😐 wardrobe also not useable it means dirty. Hotel corridors are messy and smells like smoke and alcohol. I never recommend this hotel.

Hotel is not well maintained. Room they gave me no hot water. Reception will not pick up ur call bcz they will be busy with their mobile phone. I had to go all they way to downstairs multiple time to ask for water or hot water or any other request. Room door lock is not working so I had ask them to change the Room as well. Only thing one thing is OK their food. apart from that not worth staying in this hotel. Rooms are also very small. Not worth 3500 + tax.

Most bad experience i had ever had. The rooms dirty ness you can't imagine.. you cannot stay for an hour.. you cannot seat in the bed, there everywhere bubblegum and sperm.. smell of washroom is coming to the bedroom.. staff taking like that a fish market.. everything 100% disgusting .. don't wast your quality times...

The manager is very rude she doesn't know how to behave with the customers and the staffs. She also refuse to pay the money to the technicians who repair their refrigerator and ac. I fear if this goes on like this the hotel owner will soon have to close his business because of this foolish, arrogant,manerless,psychotic manager

Well it serve our purpose, we had booked few rooms here for our Para player, easilly accessible as on the road no stairs to climb, they have a functional lift also and staff is helpful . Room size were ok ok.

This is a hotel where you can stay just one night and not more. The rooms are tiny and not very clean. The room service landline wasn't working and we had to go down every time anything was required. The restaurant below doesn't open before 9 in the morning.
