This hotel is actually in residential building. The ground floor is the home of owner and first floor is the hotel. They are strict with times so if entry is going to be post 10 pm, you need to inform and get one staff's number. I think he was the only staff. You wont get lunch and dinner here although breakfast will be provided on request. Room is clean and if you are lucky you can get a room with balcony. Although check for bedsheets and towel which was bit dirty. There is a safe made of cupboard. Tv works mostly with Hindi channels and wifi is slow. A/C I didnt tried as the temperature was good for me.

The place is quite new and secluded. Though it a little hard to locate as you have to go in between the alleyway. The place had a good fencing with a huge gate so that is good. There is a small parking space there although more like a courtyard. As it is also a private residence it's well maintained. The place also had good security in terms of security cameras and lockable gates. The rooms were very big and smells very nice too. There's also a kitchen attached to for quick breakfast or dinner. For the price its one of the best deals in Guwahati.

Hotel is decent for the price you pay( Got a double room for around 900 INR ) . Location is projected towards outskirts. The surroundings are calm .The services are good as the hotel is new but they lack professionalism.However the owner will keep irritating you about switching off lights,water,and will keep asking how much you paid for the room in oyo ! Quite disappointing. He will even switch off the main AC switch with excuses of ' no current '. If you can ignore his nuisance its a good deal.Otherwise ignore it.

Away from main town ,you have to take Uber/ola. Dog keeps barking. No fooding (Only breakfast was available for 1st day). Rooms were good(water, AC, balcony, bed). TV was not working for some reason. Overall it was OK. p.s.Tea was not good.

Very happy and peaceful enviroment. Felt very nice staying there . Its location is also very fine. All the facilities were provided and were upto the mark.Fooding was good. All the staff were very friendly.

It's a decent place to stay. Breakfast is served on time. Only thing is that you will have to find your own way for meals, online apps are helpful for it though.

I love this place... So quite... Reasonable price... Good people... I'm visiting again soon... Must stay if have some work in VIP Road, Guwahati.. Thank you for the good hospitality... Parking is not free, they charge ₹100 per day.

Well maintained room, clean and spacious. A little hard to find the location. Just one thing missed that is a mirror in the room, anyways experienced a pleasant stay.
