Hotel O Flagship City Guest house

On 16.03.24 I booked 3 Rooms for my family with OYO. I went Dhirenpara but there I did not find any OYO Flagship City Guest house.. With my 9 Family members I was searching the guest house for upto 2 to 3 hours in that location and continuously calling OYO service but they held my phone for upto 20 minute to resolve my problem and after that they suddenly disconnected my call without solving my problem and no one from the company called me back.. I can't describe how much I suffered with my spouse,baby, child, old mother and father. And till now I haven't received my refund... If there would be an option of giving it zero stars , I would give it... Very bad experience.. My personal suggestion is that don't go with OYO ...
