OYO City Inn Homestay

If I had known before I would have never booked it. OYO should not take such place as this is spoiling your branding. Horrible place, dirty, non working AC for 36 degree temperature outside. No food no service no water bottles. Basically there is nothing but they charged for 1 night Rs.1400. We could not stay for 1 night and hence we checked out after 4 hrs. My earnest request to all customers please do not go by the rating since this place does not deserve even 1 star. Feedback to OYO kindly look before you tie up with any property. We are spending our hard earned money for a proper stay and not to stay at such pathetic place.

It would be better -10 if rating allowed me. Though I booked for 2 days they allowed me to stay for one day r else forced me to cancel the booking as they won't allocate rooms below 1k. They won't bother even if u were done through oyo, agoda Or any other platform. They'll allow you to book to fill their room s and when u approach that inn they'll demand u for extra cash and even tries to threaten u. So if u r solo traveller like me r not an nearby r localitie please 🙏🙏🙏🙏 don't opt for it. Coming to location it's an abonded site far away from center and can't be accessible for anything after 7pm. with an building left over r half constructed one it's an totally understand recommended

Hotel is still in construction it’s different as shown in pictures, also don’t book through oyo rooms they are scammers they’ll charge you more after visiting there. Contact hotel if you want to book by the way hotel staffs are well behaved they helped us when they know about oyo scam. Rooms Are Fine, Ac available but Tv and Wifi is not working. At the end in 1200₹ per night it’s not good. If you are vegetarian then this place is not good for you I’ve to walk around 3km for vegetarian food.

We were forced to move here after having a terrible experience from High City INN of Garchuk, Guwahati since they gave away our room which we booked which was already paid. This was the only option. Compared to High City INN the staff is much friendly. The rooms are not that clean and the location is little difficult to access. Even though far better than the High City INn staff and their pathetic service.

Very poor ! Service not good people there no at all bothered to help you out ! Was there for few hours and checked out with frustration!! The blankets were dirty, AC NOT WORKING !! They don’t give water for complementary! And the place is still under construction so don’t bother look at this property!
