NillStayed during last week of December 2018. We were a group of 8 friends, and were accomodated in 3 rooms. Very neat rooms and comfortable stay. Polite staff, very good service. Food rates were moderate. Geysers were working properly at all times. Decent budget hotel.

Nill101% food is very bad. Unexpected breakfast “bread and tea “. No options. I think all 5 start review are hotel staff review. Don’t recommend / consider this. Hotel. Hard bead, room with cockroaches room service also not good.

★Me and my family had an opportunity to stay in this TERRIBLE HOTEL during my North East trip from 13 April to 21 April. The stay on 20th april was arranged by travel agency, M/s LID travels, New Delhi in this hopeless hotel. ||The hotel is relatively new.....rather call it a "Home Stay" where it is managed by the family with help of couple of staff. The owner who manages reception is a teenager and her staff also teenagers. The level of immaturity in their behaviour is very very evident and is very dangerous for the guest staying at the hotel. ||||Now coming to the incident, me and family after a long journey of around 300 Kms from Jorhat checked in at this hotel by evening 6 PM. As the hotel is constructed recently, the rooms are relatively good, sufficiently spacious and also adequately furnished. But the bathroom cleaning is hopeless. The wall tiles and floor tiles are already stained due to bad or nil cleaning. There were real "Blood drops" in the bathroom floor, which clearly shows that the room is either very recently checked out or the staff had a bleeding part in their body!! Nevertheless, they never bothered about cleaning. ||||The hotel is heavily infested with mosquitos. ||||The worst part is that the bedlinen used by them for bed making was soiled and used one!!!! We informed this to the reception over phone immediately after check in....they promised to change it immediately. After 10-15 minutes, it was not changed. This time i went down to reception and told the owner teenager sitting there. She promptly asked my room number (she only have allotted this room 15 minutes back to me!!!) and i told her and as usual she promised to change it. Nothing happend even after 15 minutes. So again i went down to reception for this purpose. Again the same lady asked me my room number !!! And as usual said is going to change now. Two other people where also there. One lady name was Jimmy. But inspite of again 15 minute passing, nothing happened. This time i was little annoyed as after one hour also a small piece of linen they could not change. (Remember, the hotel have only around 10-12 rooms!!). I went and asked this lady at reception about changng of linen. AGAIN THIS LADY ASKED ME WHAT IS MY ROOM NUMBER!!!!!!!! I got annoyed and told her in raised voice that if they dont have anyone to change the linen, she can give the linen to me and i personally will change it, since i need it urgently as my family need to rest. She, who do not have any professionalism got annoyed that i am talking to her in raised voice and IN RAISED VOICE ASKED ME TO STOP MY TALK. I again told her that since i already paid for the services, i have the right to ask and you should provide me the service. In between one housekeeping lady came there and i was telling her about the requirement. The owner lady then got annoyed and asked me "why i am talking to her subordinate?"....and i very promptly told her that "I am telling her because she is listening and you are not even ready to listen to my problem". The owner immature teenager got annoyed and threw her chair away and went out of reception in anger, threatening me "she want to see how i am going to get the bedlinen changed". After one minute, Ms Jimmy who was also there when i went to reception preious time came there. I explained to her and she understood the problem and arranged to change the linen immediately. A boy came to my room and changed the linen.Meantime i had to call my agency and informed about this incident.||They said they will enquire and do the needful.||||||One extra bed was to be provided. I told to reception people. (Now the owner lady is not there and one boy and one girl only were there). They told me they will provide me the service. Since i did not get my extrabed even after half hour, i came down and asked the reception. Ms. Jimmy and around 5-6 people including the teenager immature owner lady were there. Ms. Jimmy who was very polite, told me that "None of the staff is ready to provide any service to me, as I misbehaved with them". I was surprised what was the misbehaviour i did, other than asking to change my linen !!.||||There is a camera at reception. I told Jimmy to please see the camera footage and see who actually misbehaved...either me who was asking for getting a proper bed linen for which i already paid for, OR the lady owner who yelled at me and threw the chair and went out threatening me!!!".||||In between i got a call from M.s LID travels and they were saying that they contacted OYO (The room was booked by them through OYO) and the OYO people told her that I misbehaved with staff and I am creating trouble. I told her to get the footage of webcamera at reception to me as it is my right to have that footage which clearly will speak for itself. I am still waiting for the camera footage.||||Ms. Jimmy who was very nice told me that if no body is doing any service, she herself will provide the extrabed. In fact, she herself carried the extrabed and gave me. She was the only person who behaved well. There was no hotel nearby and my vehicle was also not there, so we could not change the hotel. ||||All other staff were like goondas and my family was really afraid to stay there and spend their whole night on terrible fear of life. ||||The OYO authorities, who without even trying to know the true facts blamed the guest and labelling him as trouble maker is quiet unbecoming of a true service provider. OYO is behaved like yet another unprofessional agency. The hotel owner and staff of this attitude is real threat to the people there. I used another OYO hotel at Jorhat for my two nights stay there and why OYO did not find me a trouble maker there, if i am one like what they claim? ||||My driver, Mr. Islam was very nice. The staff at all other hotels (7 nights) I stayed in 4 different hotels in Assam and Meghalaya were nice. ||||PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY WE DONT HAVE THE FOOTAGE OF THE INCIDENT. BUT THE ENTIRE CONVERSATION IS ALREADY TAPED IN OUR MOBILE PHONE AND IS AVAILABLE WITH US, WHICH I CAN GIVE IF ANY OF THE OYO PEOPLE WHO REALLY LIKE TO KNOW THE TRUTH CAN GET IN TOUCH WITH ME.||||Note: The hotel reception will be open only after 8 am. The room service menu clearly says we have to order from there only and it will take minimum 45 minutes to serve order. They will charge extra if the guest order food from outside and ask for plates and spoon !!!. The breakfast order, as per their menu says from 7.30. But the only phone through which you have to order is at reception which opened only by 8 am. That means if the guest staying there wants a bed tea, he will not get it before 8.45 am.||||I ADVISE ALL THE GUESTS WHO VISITING GUWAHATI TO AVOID THIS HOTEL AND STAYING IN THIS HOTEL IS A REAL THREAT FOR YOUR LIFE, AS LONG AS THE STAFF REMAINS THE SAME. THEY REALLY SHOW A GOONDA BEHAVIOUR, THE REAL FEAR MY FAMILY EXPERIENCED IS NOT REALLY ABLE TO PEN HERE.||||The matter need to be highlighted to Department of TOurism, Govt. of India and Assam as they are trying their level hard to promote North East as a destination and the miscreants like these hoteliers are creating an altogether negative image to the entire state.

NillHead manger was very rude, room service such as cleaning crew were not good and were rude as well. Food cost which were not mentioned in the menu such as bread and butter for that unreasonable cost were given to us while paying. I did not like the management at all. We had a very bad experience.

NillOyo, can't stop praising you more.. Oyo not only make the life of travellers easy but also doing a great job for the hotel industry by bring in hotels of interior places into competitions who inspite of having great and imense potential was not able to survive because people didn't know about their existence.. Queen Casa is one such example. Its located just in the backyard of ISBT. Perfect blend of rooms. Safe for unmarried couples and married if booked via oyo. Perfect for family. Good parking facilities. Rooms are well furnished and well maintained. Room service is a place which can be improved. But we need to give them benefits of doubt because they are very new and with time expect them to improve. The receptionist are very humble and generous people. Although, didn't had the opportunity to taste the complimentary breakfast, expect that to be upto mark. If you are a coffee lover, do taste it once. I tasted it and trust me, it was awesome.. But then, taste of coffee depends on the person who is making it.. ############################# I visited the same place a year after. 2nd Oct 2019. Expectations were sky high. 3 star this time just for my loyalty towards Queen Casa. It's sad to see the quality of the room deteriorated to this. Should I complaint about the room.? Well Yes for it was too small a room for its price.. The owner may argue, the room is good for the ₹ 1000 price. But here is the catch. When I booked the room via Oyo app, the price was 1500. I used referral code, plus oyo money, plus discount by Oyo. So by this standard I booked an ₹ 1500 priced room and was given a very very congested. The coffee tasted same good. The room services were prompt. What touched heart was went we were about to check out and the boy managed breakfast for us.

NillFood was great with an overall good service. Stalls are friendly. Only drawback is that the hotel is bit far away from the main market in the outskirts of the Guwahati. Else everything is fine.

NillLoved the mattress, decent room, food was nice could be better.. Service was good with friendly & polite staff.. If there was a lift, it would be better. Very close to Tirupathi Balaji temple.

NillThe building is still under construction. A lot of amenities are missing. But considering the price, the offered facilities are acceptable. Food quality is praise worthy.
