Hotel Riviera: A perfect blend of comfort, hospitality and beauty I recently stayed at Hotel Riviera and the experience was truly amazing. The hotel is beautifully decorated, clean and full of modern amenities. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious and well maintained. Special mention must be made of the hotel's service — every staff was very helpful, polite and always smiling. Any request was responded to promptly. The location is also quite convenient — being located in the city center makes it easy to move around or shop. The food at the restaurant was also amazing! Hotel Riviera really deserves praise in terms of taste, presentation and cleanliness. Overall, Hotel Riviera was a great experience for me. It will undoubtedly be an excellent choice for those looking for a comfortable, reliable and hospitable hotel.

I was staying last night at Rivera hotel,Guwahati. Rooms were not good, AC was not working, all lights were not working properly. Even room was not able to lock because door was not working. When I made complaint hotel manager refused to discuss anything. Food was very unhealthy with too much oil content and price was very expensive than quality. I will never come to this hotel again. Unfortunately this is the actual experience I got recently from the hotel. DON’T EVER BOOK THIS HOTELS PLEASE, otherwise you will completely waste your hard earned money. Room No:403(AC and light Issue) Room No: 404 (Lights and door lock issue)

I recently went to hotel Riviera for stay. The staff were friendly and also extremely helpful,Basically the Housekeeping staff are very Polite And Very Helpful. Good service and good food, hygiene maintenance ,specially the breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. Room was comfortable and clean. Highly recommended. Thank you

The place must have been great when new. But now it's poorly maintained, and almost all rooms smell of cigarettes. The furniture is oldd, the lighting is tacky, the electronics may or may not work... But it's low cost, and you'll usually find a few empty rooms easily

Hotel staff is very good.🩷They serve food in proper time and food is very testy. Hotel’s rooms are very clean and all staff members are very honest 🫶🏻

We had booked for our niece's engagement and Juroon ceremony(a ceremony amongst Assamese a day before the actual wedding ceremony).Both were well managed and the food was good, exactly the way we had wanted.The staff was helpful and courteous.
