Rains Inn Eco Hotel

I visited this hotel for a meal and was really disappointed. While they serve large portions and offer extras like onions, the taste was the worst I’ve ever had. The effort to provide more is there, but it doesn’t make up for the lack of flavor. Definitely not a place I’d recommend for food.

I am rating 5 star because i got it for 900 rs And as per money thise hotel is perfect Very well managed All instructions and mob no are attached in room Very convenient Washroom clean and hygienic Parking available Food is tasty Staff is very good 👍 I will appreciate the efforts of management and team.

Room is clean, but Every room AC not working and Ignore the customer's problem after taking the room, I set the AC to 16°C and after running it for 4 hours, the room temperature is now 27°C, The hotel staff does not agree, will quarrel with you but will not agree. You have to keep calling the reception several times to get them. Even then they argue that they usually don't provide the above amenities unless asked for. Very disappointed. The staff could have given a bit more courteous

The hotel is very good in terms of accommodation facilities, clean and clear. The rooms are very spacious, each room has a balcony with enough space. The bathrooms are very clean and handy to use. The special thing is that their room charge is very less. Standard room-799INR, Executive room-999 INR. For accommodation of two persons in a single room, they charge the normal, but not on per head basis which is a very good thing. The foods are also very delicious. The hotel is in a very beautiful natural place with green vibes. A little bit disappointing factor I felt was the quality of tap water was not so good, it's a bit smelly. So they should work on this small issue, rather than that everything is good.

Uncivilized staffs... Ordered for dinner.. but denied to serve.. n packed for parcel.. though we paid the entire amount.. but didn't take the food.. n no one was worried as they wanted to have that food paid by us.. may be the owner do not provide good food for us.. We expected for family dinner as it is time to celebrate during Durga Puja... Unfortunately the uncivilized staffs was not aware of the festival... Moreover fond to have the food which we ordered.. at last we paid the entire amount of the food we ordered.. n left it for those staffs

Very poor management. Booked the room by online and was not allowing to enter atleast. All the staffs behaviour is too bad and uncultured. It's better to close the hotel than running like this. First let them teach the staffs to behave well.

Best for night hold in between in your journey at Dimapur. Very good location and secure as paramilitary post is there just next to thier wall. Foods are very delicious and rooms are also large and maintained. But you need to confirm before reaching there, as in wedding season, rooms are booked altogether.
