Aditya's Hotel Centre Point

Had a wonderful experience at Aditya's Hotel Centre Point in Tezpur. The location right in the center of town made getting around so easy during my visit. Check-in was smooth and the staff were genuinely helpful and always ready to assist with anything I needed. My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay—including air conditioning, satellite TV, and a cozy work desk. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant, which served tasty meals and a generous breakfast. The service was prompt and friendly, and housekeeping kept everything tidy throughout my stay. The ambiance was pleasant, making it great for both business trips and family vacations. There were a few minor areas for improvement, such as room freshness and quicker maintenance responses, but the staff's positive attitude made up for any small issues. Overall, I found the hotel to be an excellent value for money, and would gladly rate my stay a solid 4.5 out of 5 stars. Looking forward to returning next time I’m in Tezpur!

This hotel is a complete disaster. The lift wasn’t working and no one bothered to fix it or even inform us properly. The rooms reeked of a foul smell, like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. The AC was straight out of the 1990s—completely broken and useless. Bedsheets and pillows were filthy, full of stains, and clearly unwashed. I had to sleep using my own clothes as a cover because I couldn’t bring myself to lie on that bed. The food was terrible, absolutely inedible. And to make it worse, the so-called “complimentary breakfast” which was promised at 7:30 AM was finally served at 8:30 AM. No apologies, no explanation, just complete ignorance. Staff is unresponsive and seems like they just don’t care. Nothing about this place meets even the bare minimum standard. Avoid at all costs.

Worst food,never visit here. My friend and I got severe food poisoning after eating here. The hygiene is very poorly maintained, you'll realize it as soon as you step into the restaurant. The bathroom stinks, worse than a gutter. Food is bad, too much masala & oil was used. I had to use tissue paper to wash off the butter from naan. To the owner: are you paying my medical bills? I couldn't go to work, sitting in the bed all day and our food poisoning has no sign of improvement.

Very pathetic room with fungus stink....overcharged suite....the room wasn't even worth of 2k but they charge u 3k ...complimentary breakfast buffet doesn't hv much of an option...rude receptionist....I hv traveled alot but this center point was an experience .....no clean bedsheets stenched pillows ....hell lot of things to write on....to top it all found hair in poha.....

An absolute delight! The flavors were perfectly balanced. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience! We had tawa roti paired with rich, creamy butter paneer, flavorful dal fry, and perfectly spiced butter chicken.

Those who are reviewing this hotel positively from a room and hospitality perspective definitely haven't tried alternative options. I just feel that this place is running purely based on a legacy, that will run out soon. The rooms, and fixtures need upgrades. The staff, barring the ones who bring your food( room service) could be friendlier. But overall I feel like, the owners don't really care and it trickles down to the way the property is, and that these reviews don't matter. The photos I am sharing are of things that can be improved. Perhaps I am expecting too much for a room worth Rs 3500? Or Am I ?

I have booked the Hotel Aditya centre point for my daughter's birthday party on 24.04.24, I reached the banquet hall in time and found the bathroom and basins adjacent to hall are dirtiest, the hall was not. Clean , the hall was smelling like public toilets in 90s. The hall was also smelling like damped room. The food and starters were served much late and of worst qualify. No one there for supervisin/coordinating the catering service. While taking the contract they were polite and assured all kind of service but in reality it was just opposite It's was a worst nightmare, I hope no one will plan any kind of party or function in that hotel. It might be good once upon a time, now it's a worst hotel in tezpur
