Hotel Gateway Tezpur

Hotel was located on top of shops. Was challenging to find the parking space. Tap water tasted of rust. Staff was good n helpful as it was on 3 floor, they helped with my luggage. Convenient shops around

I would highly recommend this stay. It's located at the heart of tezpur. I went there for official purpose, the staff of there helped me to connect to the place where I wanted to visit. Moreover the room's are clean and spacious. I am satisfied with the service they provided

Every time I visit this hotel, I get amazed by the service, their conduct, comfort and the way they take care of us. Special thanks to the lady there in reception and overall staff.That was really, what we call..... "Service from heart".The hotel is located at a quiet and beautiful area .The rooms are clean and spacious with the provision water heater, towels and soap. They also take orders for food .Economically priced, Highly Recommended !

Service is ok, front desk staff lady is very helpful and kind. But this is not family related hotel. I don't recommend family in this hotel. This hotel allows very dirty and disgusting guest in their hotel. I suggest, this hotel should strict their rules and regulations. Some guest smoke and drinks in the room. This is disgusting. That room was smelling very bad, so hotel management should strict their policies in this regard. Bathrooms are dirty. Bedroom is nice. but hot water geyser not working properly in the bathroom.. Wifi tv available, you can enjoy YouTube on the tv. Services ok ok.. hygiene not good. I give 3 star for kind behave of front desk.
