My Worst Dining Experience. I have been there a couple of times. Earlier the service was ok but subsequently the service and quality of food is below average. Also, the Management is very poor in this hotel as per my personal experience. When you ask them whether Mutton is available, they will say that Yes mutton plate is available and will charge you for the same. But after paying, the service staffs will tell you that mutton is not available only fish or broiler chicken is available. And you will have to go again to the Counter and change the menu and get a refund, which it seems is a business strategy so as to not let the customer's to leave the said Hotel and go to any other hotel as many customers come from long journeys and are basically too tired to search for another hotel in the vicinity. I have experienced it multiple times. Last time I confronted them openly and asked the reason behind this practice and they answered that they don't know what items are being prepared inside the kitchen and what items are actually available, which I found is a totally rubbish and utterly foolish statement. And they will try to justify their unethical practice by making several different illogical statements that too very cleverly. I promised myself that I will never dine at this Hotel ever in my life.

Veg thali steals the show, great experience having food here. Try their veg thali cheap and best, 80rs is great value for money for such quality food.

Best restaurant to have assamese thali and roti and other snacks at Mission Chariali area. Have large sitting space, neat and clean tables. Price is also low taste is also good. They have both fooding and lodging. The ground floor of the building is basically a hotel.

Iman beya hotel komei thakibo. Oto din puroni kintu bhulotu kunu dhoronor improvement nai 🤣 ji bhaje ase xei bhajei thakibo. Keep it up 👍 Translation: There can hardly be a worse hotel than this. It's many years old but there's no sign of any improvements even by mistake. Looks like they will be this way forever.

Very low class hotel with low class manager. Manager can't speak properly and can't explain anything. The room they provided me was full of mosquito and pets. When i asked for some solutions the manager said carry your own bed with you. Very bad behaviour of manager. When talked with the owner he support the manager instead of listening to guest. Neither they provide water or anything. I went out at 11 pm for a bottle of drinking water

Hey the respective owner, please upgrade the food quality... your snacks and sweets are very good but rice thali and partha are not up to the mark.

Worst experience ever had in my life. I will request people to check the rooms before they checkin. Behaviour of manager is terrible, he started fighting with my family. I will request the owner kindly appoint someone else.

Worst experience, the hospitality and service was very bad and the food was also not tasty(bakwas🤮), and also dissatisfied with the hygienic condition. I will not at all recommend to visit, please find some another hotel for your comfort.
