Mona Hotel

Room service location is good but canteen/kitchen management as well as staff behaviour is very poor. There is no any focus on customer demand.staffs are in their own rhythm ,they provide the customer which they want. Yesterday I didn't take dinner due to staff behaviour. Room no.125 booking date 11/6/24. And for your information I am your regular and old costomer

Staff members are cooperative with some basic issues etc. Needs some improvement in kitchen.

The best hotel in Araria. Only one with lift facility. Service is good, rooms are spacious and so are the galleries.
