In my personal opinion, the hotel is not bad. Since I called at 1 am with the number from the banner, they still gave me full facility. The employee boy is behaving fine. Parking facilities are also good. In short, you have to say good things at low cost

Very bad staff. Aman Kumar is a criminal minded guy. He will steal your belongings if you visit this hotel. He is a thief so dont even try to visit their reception.

KR residency is one of the clean and best hotel in arariya. Service is good. New build hotel. Room, bed and bathroom all are good. It located on main station road near old bust stand arariya. Near by food facilities and market. Only AC room price is high I think in future he will think about this. Overall good for stay.

Never visit this hotel. Reception staff is very rude. Shameful stay here. Staff doesnt even provide bills. Very very poor service.
