Mastiff Grand Regal Resort Arrah by OTHPL

We had arranged my sister's engagement at Machan. It was very well organised and staff were very supportive and cooperative, especially Shahid and Ashutosh. The venue is also very beautiful, prob. the best in town. Loved the whole experience and would definitely book with them again.

Rude behaviour and bahut hi ghatiya service ... Rooms were smelling so bad they didn't even changed the bedsheet. I will never suggest anyone for booking in this hotel

See staffs are very rude no doubt hotel is very good as I called reception for hot water they directly denied in a rude way and then I called manager to o to bola check out krlo

Just a wastage of money. Complementary breakfast is poor with 2-3 varieties are only there. Just customers are being fooled as every good corporate tie up hotels have multi choices with bufey breakfast. Price of every dish is highest which it doesn't deserve to be. Only garden is good here with rooms ok. Swimming pool is also there but it is for show only as it is always non working.

The hotel is very beautiful. There is no doubt about it, but this is not how the staff should behave with their customers. They behave very rudely.The quality of the food is also very poor, only the price is high.
