We celebrated our niece Birthday here . They took care of decoration and food. Overall experience was good but they can improve on their service level and communication of delay in availablity or change of venue proactively instead of customer knowing it at last moment. We have visited their restaurant several times and both food and service was excellent. I think they can improve their event management side. I will recommend it for small to medium function.

The room was good ...like yeah its was not very bad but not very good also , the bedsheets were not clean and there were some issues with Ac Tv ....but the staff were quite friendly...if the rooms and washrooms were clean and hygiene It would have good stay

Rooms were good but service was poor. Whole night electricity was not there. I have stayed with family after traveling for whole day to take night stay. But till Morning even fan was not working. In morning water was not available phone was not working to call the reception. Lift was not working I had to walk down 3 floors to wake up the reception guy then he started the generator for few mins. Again after 10-15 minutes I had to go down 3 floors due to no water and electricity, may be he might have stopped the generator. It was my first stay in that hotel and it was really a bad experience for me.

Each and everything (tariff, room, cleanliness, hygiene, service, staff behaviour, food and what not) is just unbelievable. I am from Bihar and can say with full confidence that this hotel is among the best, if not the best in Bihar. Loved my stay. STRONGLY RECOMMEND.
