Excellent service, delicious food, great ambiance,very well maintained , clean and hygienic rooms. Nice buffet breakfast.

Never stay in this hotel, it smelled horrible from the minute I stepped into the reception, the entire corridor and both rooms we booked smelled awful, I was about to vomit but I checked out within half an hour of my stay, I also paid the complete amount of Rs 5000 for the two rooms I had booked, they never obliged me for any compensation. I should have not paid the amount but as I couldn’t bear the smell, I had to leave. And they wouldn’t have let me without paying. Never going to visit this ever.

Great experience overall. Food and service was exceptional. The hotel has changed cooking staff, which has really turned around their food. Really liked overall experience. Only one point of concern is the billing. The staff goes over and above (not caring about the time) to get the payments done. I was asked to complete payment at midnight which I found to be very unusual when I had requested to do it in the morning. I am deducting 1 star for this. Other than that, everything was really nice

Average experience.. Rating has been given under: 1. Food was average not upto grade... ( Except HIGH.. TEAS), 2. RESORT IS SPACIOUS 3. MANAGEMENT TEAM HAS LESS EXPERIENCE . HENCE NEED TO GUIDE OR SUGGEST THEM 4. ROOMS WERE GOOD Beautiful place for wedding but MUST LOOK INTO THE FOOD SECTTION WHICH WERE NOT UPTO THE MARK

Check all equipment carefully and confirm all are in working or not during hotel In timing because at the time of room Out management try to demand more money. They will blame you if anything is broken or is not in working condition.

Had a 1 day stay with my family. I would say the most pathetic property I have ever been is this Hotel Gargee. The location and infrastructure of the hotel is good but the staff, management, food is so so pathetic & bad that i can't describe. I went there with 4 of my family members. Out of 4, 3 of them including me started to vomit and feel stomach because of the extremely bad food and tap water. This hotel do not even have RO installed they serve you tap water which you can clearly identify from taste. Also the most poor thing they have is that in a room of i guess 1600-2000 sq. ft approx they have installed 1 ton AC so if you are visiting in Summer get ready to sweat alot and they even don't have ceiling fans. I would recommend search & stay in a normal hotel rather than visiting here expecting luxury because you are not going to get that!
