I had stayed at this Hotel during my Official visit at Begusarai. The Hotel is situated at a well connected road to Railway Station and local market. The interiors are good and room service is excellent. My expectations with the hotel is met in terms of look and feel and service. At one instance I felt disappointed as well, the hotel staff didn't informed me about the complimentary breakfast facility and I got to know this with one of my colleague who had stayed their earlier. Staffs need to be proactive while informing all facility at the time check-in.

Stayed at this hotel expecting decent service, but the experience was honestly pathetic. Food was below average, unhygienic, and not worth the price at all. What made it worse was the rude and careless behavior of the staff. Basic courtesy seems missing here. Definitely not recommending this place to anyone.

Stayed at kapson last weekend and wow, what a gem! 🌟 The location was perfect — just steps from the main street, yet super chill and quiet. The room was spotless, comfy bed, fast Wi‑Fi, and the bathroom had those fluffy robes 🤩. Breakfast spread was a vibe Staff were super friendly, always with a smile and quick to help with anything we needed. Definitely a 5‑star experience. Will totally come back and recommend to anyone looking for a cozy, hassle‑free stay! 🙌🏽
