It is a decent hotel to stay. Tariff is economical & rooms are good. Service is good, food is good. Location is not good. It is situated on a busy crossing & there is too much noise in rooms. You have to buy water for drinking.

I checked in today morning . The hotel is well located . The hotel has 5 rooms in each floor . The infrastructure is poorly maintained and the service level is not at all satisfactory. There is an elevator as the hotel has 5 or 6 floors. The room has very old furniture . The towel and the blankets are very dirty. The wash room do not come with a geyser. You have to wait for hot water in the tap . They don’t have a mixture for the shower. I had to wait for more than an hour for the water. Bathroom is okay but with old design tiles . The room doesn’t have enough plug points for charging. The AC remote is not available in the hotel . The room phone do not work so I have to call the reception number from my cell phone . The food is expensive and so is the room for the facilities available. Next time I am sure to avoid this hotel .

Worst service ever i have seen during my first visit in Bhagalpur of Panchawati.. Customer treeted like Gawaar person did not know anything, Fully ignored by counter staff for service & food.

I visit the restaurant here. Extremely bad experience. Worst service one can think of. Reception is really rude and waiters are bunch of untrained people. Made a mistake went there to waste my time and moneym

Overpriced when compared to the facilities. Shabby rooms. Bed linen is filthy. Waters overflow from the bathrooms. No secured car parking, you have to park right on the main road. AC in the room stops working frequently for God alone knows why. But must admit that the food was good.
