HOTEL PEARL PALACE

Recently had hosted an event at this hotel of 200 pax, sharing my experience. I was promised great food and great service but sadly it was not at all great: 1 - Initially the guys you book will be very humble and promise everything but when you complain at the event of anything wrong, they will threaten you (almost had a fight). 👎 2 - They have outdoor catering so everything will close by 12pm, serve cold food at the end of the event disregard of your guests. 3 - My guest had hair in the food 🤮, no one to accept mistake. 4 - I would never book any events from them nor suggest anyone. 5 - Staying rooms is very dirty. Book at you own risky, my experiences was bad.

The place was very cosy and worst room service and there was no electricity service provided and MCB was opened and the wires entangled and sparkling which can be very risky for everyone while going to the backside of the Pandal venue, we were very uncomfortable so kindly look after this problem regarding this no staffs was giving any response to the problem which we were facing that's why we are giving you bad reviews....

Awesome place for every purpose. Nice hospitality,well maintained ambience, caring staffs,good food. Birthday party or ring ceremony or marriage all are done here. Do come once to entertain yourself. Conference hall is also good

Average mentioned but ,all is well. One time visit there's attand for wedding, hotel haven't a infront campus , totally management in backside ,there are not luxurious mentioned but average looking well.

Good place for lodging without noise,Good and tasty food,good behaviour of staffs, quick response and delivery.

Everything was good in totality. Rooms are good sized fully AC. Food was tasty and can be improved especially Dal Makhani.
