“Terrible Experience – Never Staying Here Again” My stay was a complete nightmare. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that customer service is not a priority. The check-in process took over an hour because the staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in helping guests. When I finally got to my room, it was filthy. There were stains on the bed sheets, hair in the bathroom sink, and a musty odor that made it hard to breathe. The air conditioning didn’t work, and despite multiple complaints to the front desk, nothing was done about it. To make matters worse, the noise level was unbearable. Doors slamming, loud conversations in the hallway, and thin walls made it impossible to sleep. I even found cockroaches in the room, which was absolutely disgusting. Breakfast was another disaster. The food was cold, stale, and there were barely any options available. The dining area was dirty, and staff were unhelpful and rude when asked for assistance. This hotel was an absolute waste of money, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Avoid at all costs!

I don't understand why people gave negative reviews about this hotel. I had a very comfortable stay. The staff is very cooperative and sweet. Rooms are clean. The cleaning staff responds immediately to any requirements. Location is great. It's sort of in the middle of the city. It takes 5-10 mins to reach the main market. E rickshaws are easily available. V mart is located near the hotel for any needs. It has peaceful surroundings. We did not take our car so I am not sure about the parking. But the area is very safe. Loved it!

Main hotel building is well maintained and has good service but It has separate rooms in a cage apartment like building just behind its main building with no facilities at all only 8 car parkings allowed and road is so narrower ki u can't even keep car beside for 10 mins..... Just horrible maintenance Car parking would give u horror vibes even at noon

The downlight below R.N.TOWER is not working. The R.N. TOWER insignia is broken. The HOTEL MAX INN symbol is worn off. The down light on the window shade is also not functional. Exterior must be taken care of, interior is good when compared to interior. The entrance should also have a FAN if not A.C. vents.

Stayed for 1 night , parking issue is a big problems and staff behavior of manager is not friendly. Room is good but breakfast is below average.

Best hotel. My experience with this hotel was grate specialy night staff. I received service on one call. Specially Mr Prince reception staff came himself for solving issue of Tv . I do many corporate meetings here , I recommend all my Couligue for this hotel whenever they come.

Terrible Experience - Fraud and Impolite Staff I had an absolutely dreadful experience at Maxx In Restaurant and will never return again. The restaurant staff, especially someone named "Prince", was incredibly rude and impolite from the moment we walked in. But worse than the poor service, they outright committed fraud by overcharging us on the bill! When we pointed out the math didn't add up, the manager "Prince" became argumentative and defensive instead of correcting the error. He insisted we pay the fraudulent amount. I've never experienced such blatant fraud and terrible customer service at a restaurant before. The food was mediocre at best as well. Please avoid this place at all costs unless you want to be scammed and treated horribly by their unprofessional staff like "Prince". There are plenty of better options that actually value their customers.

My experience at Maxx INN Restaurant was an absolute nightmare. Not only did they commit fraud by overcharging me Rs. 1000, but the staff was incredibly rude - especially the employee named Prince. They sent me QR code to pay Rs 1000, I paid, and the amount was successful. But they started saying no it got failed and didn't let me take my order unless I pay again. I kept arguing, showing success UPI msg but all in vain, no management or staff came to help. When I brought this to Prince's attention, he was dismissive and accused me of trying to dine and dash! The audacity was unbelievable given I merely wanted to pay and take my order. Prince was arrogant, confrontational, and refused to accept the successful payment UPI msg. His customer service was appalling - I've never been treated so poorly at an establishment. He seemed to take pleasure in the entire situation. Needless to say, I will never return to Maxx In Restaurant again. Between the brazen fraud and Prince's unacceptable behavior, this was a complete debacle from start to finish. I had to pay again to take my order else he wasn't allowing me to leave the premise. I urge others to avoid this place at all costs unless you want to be ripped off and disrespected. There are far better options in the area that deserve your business over these scammers.
