OYO Hotel Sai International

The room was okay but the bedsheet, pillow and blanket was dirty. The wash basin tap was not working , the bucket provided was dirty , the commode was also dirty . The receptionist was paying no heed to our complaints. I would never go to this hotel again. Horrible experience.

Had a stay for one night. The behaviour of the receptionist was horrible, Basic needs like Towel, Shampoo sachet, mosquito repellent not provided, after check in with full payment he told that "hum log nahi dete" as if he is giving me a favour. I would avoid and will not recommend my office to visit this hotel. Disgusting experience.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is just outside of BGP Railway station. Rooms are not maintained. Dirty liens and floors. Tap in basin broken. Very disappointed with housekeeping. The price is so high in respect of other hotels in that area but rooms and cleanliness is not up to the mark.

No TV, No RO Water, No option to call Reception for room service, call from your personal cell, no always buzy, bad service. Only location is good

Its location is amazing just outside railway station of Bhagalpur. Its room are well maintained. Price range is Rs. 1000 for NON-AC rooms and Rs. 1500 for AC ones. It has a restaurant in the building itself. It had a bar which I think is closed these days cause of Bihar Govt.'s ruling. But a decent place to stay if you are here for a couple of days. You can get auto , man pulled rickshaw etc. just in front of the hotel. I would recommend anyone for this hotel. Food is tasty here.

A good place to halt out, if you have come for a vacation or a business purpose. I came to Bhagalpur for an audit and resided here for 3 nights. So here's my honest review about this hotel if you are considering to stay here- Location: best, since it is near to the Bhagalpur Railway Station, not more than 70-80 yards if you come out from the main gate and not down from the overbridge Or escalator. Also, the main chowraha out there, rickshaws and autos provide a good means of connectivity. Food: The prices are reasonable. But the menu needs to be updated. On the second page of the menu itself, for the group where rolls are listed, the heading is given as Snakes (instead of snacks). Lmao. Then in the plain rice column, in full plate section it is written 70 and half plate section, it is written 100. Initially, I thought it's actually miswritten as 70 for 170. But as the receptionist billed, he took the calculation at 70. So, that was a relief, but it might misleading for others. Need to update. And the butter chicken masala is a worth trying if you are a non-veg lover. For food, I will give a 5 star rating. Rooms: Mine was an AC room (1500 inclusive of GST). But there was water leakage in the washroom which I didn't like as after I returned from my audit work, I would genuinely expect the washroom to be in dry state. Also, there's no handwash provided in the washroom. But I managed it with the soap that they provide for bathing as I used up 3 soaps for the 3 day. Yeah, the person on call is very responsive and they respond to the queries and issues in less than 5 minutes. Like cleaning of room, etc. But room wasn't well cleaned and there were settled dust particles in the godrez that left the only option for me to hang on the clothes in the hanger inside it. The waiters are respectful, no doubt regarding that. My rating for room would be just 3. Need to improve in this as quality is expected to be standard based upon the reputation and to maintain it. Hope you find my review useful. P. S- It's my first review and I am really satisfied I could write it in one go without much backspaces. All thanks to this position.

Room is decent but the hotel staff is thief he steals my wallet including debit card and money.

Good hygienic hotel for staying. Rates are quoted a bit more than expected. Kindly negotiate*** Please carry cash amount with you as the hotel doesn't accept card, UPI. Strange but true! Overall nice hotel to stay.
