**Disappointing Experience at Oyo Hotel Eleven** I had a pre-booked room at Oyo Hotel Eleven, but my experience was utterly disappointing. The staff was uncooperative, pathetic, and unprofessional. Despite having a confirmed booking, they allotted our room to someone else at a higher rate and denied giving us a room. When I asked for a refund, their response was shocking - "Jo krna hai krlo, yaha aapka koi room nhi hai" (Do whatever you want, you don't have a room here). This attitude was unacceptable. I would not recommend Oyo Hotel Eleven to anyone. Their lack of customer service and unprofessional behavior is appalling. It's better to avoid this hotel and look for other options. Rating: 1/5 (and that's being generous) Would I stay here again? No Would I recommend this hotel to others? No

Hotel staff behaviour is very rude. OYO executive tell me that you can check in 10 am . But when i arrived hotel he said you will check in 12 pm otherwise you will pay extra 500Rs for two hours. Its very difficult to face this when you already arrived hotel.

Very bad hotel... I never seen this type of disgusting hotel.... I hv booked ac room, but after reaching they provided non ac, dirty and very small room... Highly recommendation don't book anyone hotel eleven.... Very irresponsible staff members....

Behavior was not good and also room condition not good and there was not water coming on null, very poor condition. they don't know how to talk with customer and room management. I would like to request you kindly cancel the oyo partnership with this hotel and find another one.

Everything is very worse, when I had gone to checked up for room with my partner 👬 then he used a very bad words for us they don't respect theirs customer, if you come here to read reviews then I'm telling you truth buddy please don't stay here they won't respect you and they will not good behave with you , please oyo team don't preferre this type of hotel who don't know how to behave with customer, and cancel there license because they behave with us very worse and they also behave like criminal I feel very insecure. please if you wanna go this hotel then you had better to go out another hotel expect this. 🙏

I would suggest not to go. Rooms were in pathetic condition. Water system is so bad that u will not have water to flush, bath, wash… No cleanliness… And price is 1045 for Non AC room of 15*8 feet approx
