Hotel Sriyash Regency

It was a wonderful experience staying here. The staff was extremely helpful and supportive. I was travelling from Kahalgaon to Patna by train, and if I had stepped off to collect my luggage, the train would have departed—leaving me with no other travel options in such a limited time. The team kindly arranged to deliver my luggage directly to my seat on the train. I am truly grateful for their assistance. My best wishes to them, and I highly recommend this place to others.

I stayed one night, this hotel is old as you can see the AC they are using. Price wise is considered expensive (2000 rupee) when the room is basic, but I don't think it's dry somehow, I felt like the bed a little bit damp. Electricity on and off frequently but they have generator. Front desk is okay, could be better with more smile and warmness. Restaurant is ok, I ate dinner, it was not good or bad, just alright. Parking is another problem because the hotel is located in the market, no car allowed during market time, but after 8 pm, then you park your car.

The room was spacious and spotless, the breakfast buffet was delicious with a huge variety, and the staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable, Located just in the heart of the City, near variety chowk and walkable from Bhagalpur Railway Station. Hotel reception denied for giving gst bill. Bathroom tap was damaged and water is running for whole night

Very poor and slow service, our order was served too late, they are in shortage of staff and can't handle rush hours, moreover poor management.. There were so many mistakes in billing it took half an hour just to correct the bill and it was such a bad experience

Rooms are of very avarage quality. And location is in the main market, if you have car, then it will be problematic due to overly crowded road.

Hotels located middle of the city. Tough to reach at this hotel due to heavy traffic and rush. Hotel having own free parking space. Food quality of resturant is superb. Rooms are spacious but need upgrade interior of rooms. Staffs behaviour is good. If you want to stay here for official visit then leave the hotel before open of the market. One more thing visit this place with Car is not possible from 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM
