Hotel Galaxy Intercontinental

The staff were friendly and helpful, possibly because we were the only 4 guests! Breakfast was filling and fresh and of sufficient variety to suit most needs. The room was airy, clean and quite large with a TV and in-room safe. The bathroom was also quite large and clean though the towels provided had seen better days and the soap, shampoo/conditioner dispensed in miserly amounts. The shower invariably dispensed cold water only! Despite this, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel for its cost, quiet location and friendly staff.Specialy Mr.Dharmendra was very well and good manage the hotel.

Very nice stay. Worth of money and services and rooms are really good. Specially they offered breakfast and dinner within such price which I never expected. Overall experience is very good and I will definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying with your family.

Attentions folks !!! Please don't go by the Google ratings till now. The experience was not satisfactory at all. We were 6 (4 adults and 2 infants) The impression was good from first look. Firstly when we were given the room, following were the defects: 1. Hand shower was not working and also not resolved (Only means of water outlet for bathing/ washing) 2. There were no floor mats (resolved) 3. Furnitures in bad condition 4. Dirty linen 5. No electric kettle 6. No hot water (the boiler was out of service as told to us) 7. TV was also not working 8. Above all, we couldn't sleep all night due to mosquito menace. Upon being unbearable, went to reception to get a repellent but that too was not available. But, thanks to Mr Gora (one of the caretaker) who was last minute savior. He provided us hot drinking water at night for our babies, provided a floor mat and crockeries for dinner. He was very gentle and caring. Got a feeling that there is some issue with the property (land/legal). We were the only family that stayed that night. We travelled at the start of peak season. Still there were no tourist staying here. Not recommend at all. Got misguided by reviews.

It was very difficult for us to reach the place with the help of Google map as it was located on the other side of the hotel instead of the entrance side so it was showing from the back side there were no roads. Then staff came guided to the main entrance. I have rectified the map location. In terms of hotel service the rooms were big and well maintained except most of the power socket is not suitable for new types of chargers. We had booked 11 rooms and most of the rooms water taps were blocked and flow was not there some room occupant informed reception and got it rectified some of them didn't know about this so they adjusted with the same. Apart from this all are good. Management should take care of these minor issues.

My stay at Hotel Galaxy was good , Mr. Navin at reception was was polite and geniune. But the other person from Hotel Galaxy Mr.Dharmraj Ranjan is stocking and sending whatapp message. I did not have any interaction with him , still he found my no. from their register . I want to ask Hotel Galaxy Owner , what kind of Cheapster she has hired...? I don't find such behaviour to be safe for women travellers .

Very poor and rude behaviour of receptionist Dharmendra.Doesnt know how to speak with guests at the hotel .Was shouted out by him at the reception when I was checking the check out time .would definitely needs some coaching regarding service hospitality.With such poor and rude behaviour and full of attitude would definitely not stay in this hotel or recommend any one to stay at this hotel .
