HOTEL OM INTERNATIONAL

We stayed in this hotel for a day as part of tour organised by agency. Rooms are highly stinking and unclean. we don't feel using the bath room with broken hand faucet. The cot and the cub board are with dust and fungus. The management should spend time and efforts in cleaning and mainraining hygiene inside the rooms rather than decorating the reception. .

This hotel is worth maximum 1000 Rupees, not more. But be ready, if You will comes here , for thick layer of greasy dirt - is everywhere. every piece of equipment is covered with this dirt. there are several guesthouses nearby that are really clean. when you come here - to BuddhaGaya, the least needed thing is a TV. You need simply the most clean and cozy room. in this hotel there are no clean and cozy rooms. in addition, the equipment and facilities in the hotel are unfortunately old and partly not working...

Hotel Om International is situated in Bodh Gaya. The temples, notably Tibetan temple, Chinese Buddha Temple are very near to the hotel. Regarding the hotel, the overall service is really very good. Price might be a bit high, but it can be afforded.

Extremely interior place. Booked as part of tour package. Worst hotel, no roads to walk to the hotel. Autos are ganginging up to loot people and cheat. Be cautious when negotiating a price with them. Nothing works in the hotel. Lifts font work, they say power off and for generator to be ON, you will have to wait 15-20 mins. Small lifts, more 4 people, the lifts won't move. There are 4 floors, the lift go up to the 3rd floor, for 4th floor you will have to carry your luggage. The rooms on the 4th floor have many issues. No water pressure and no water to flush, and hot water. There are no ventilators, has big hole where fan has not been installed. Extremely dusty beds and sheets. AC does not work and the reason given us power off. Complained many times to management in reception- they are ignorant and it's on deaf ears, I had to climb the flight of stairs many times to see if anyone at reception can sort out, but no. To the management- if you can't provide basic necessities to the guests being in the hospitality industry, then you are unfit to be in that business, better shut down your hotel and do something ethical

Had breakfast, worst taste not at all good.. Not even worth to give 1 star. Manager not even listen to customer review.. Charging higher than MRP..

This establishment is regrettably one of the least satisfactory in the area. The rooms not only lack cleanliness and are plagued by mosquitoes but also provide unsanitary blankets and linens, resulting in discomfort, including a sore throat on the initial night. Additionally, the bathrooms exhibit poor maintenance, experiencing water clogging, while the staff shows minimal interest in resolving such issues. Not recommended at all.

In city of Bhagwan Vishnu and Bhagwan Buddha it is a Good Hotel having good rooms , good service and good food dishes in their restaurant. It is at very good location at Bodhgaya, just half kilometer away from Bodhivihar Temple. Hotel Owner Mr Naresh Gupta attends himself whole day in his cabin. They have 24 hours power backup of Generators for interruptions in power supply in Gaya and Bodhgaya. The Hotel and rooms are very clean and they maintain it very well. Room service is also very good. Wi-Fi is also available but There is only problem with Wi-Fi. It does not work properly. Overall it is a excellent place to stay.

The hotel provides excellent value for money, and the owner is both kind and cooperative. The service offered is of exceptional quality. It is commendable and should be maintained. Mahabodhi tepmle is 2 min walk, all other major monasteries and temples are also on walking distance. Highly recommended for both foreigners and Indian tourist.
