OYO 8891 Nancy Residency

It's a great place to stay. Clean rooms and every other things in the room are clean and perfectly maintained; perfectly maintained nd clean washrooms. Ample space where 3 persons can comfortably accommodate as all the roms here are superior double rooms. Restaurant is under construction but if you order you will be served fresh nd warm food vd in short waiting time. Hot water supply is there, nice flat screen TV is there vd almost all cable channels. And Best thing about this place is Mr. Meraz Khalid who is such a nice nd helping person. Once you reach there till you leave he will always be there for you for any help you need any suggestion anything. Just go for this place, u won't find any better place at such a price. Thank you

Nancy Residency is really a great place in Bodhgaya to stay.||We had a wonderful time in this hotel, the room was clean and confortable with AC. We found the staff was very friendly and helpful with us. Specially Mr. Meraj Khalid, the manager of Nancy Residency. He is very co operative and helpful. Always happy to help. Every time you need something they always take care. We were there for forty one days and we feel like family members.||If we are coming back to Bodhgaya we will choose for sure this hotel and will recommend all the comers to stay in Nancy Residency Bodhgaya||Thanks again for all the staff members.||||Maëlys & Manu

I have visited so many hotels as well as motels but one special thing I found here i.e the hospitality by the manager as well as other members. The hotel was having alot of space as well as peaceful environment. Hotel has rooms having accommodation for 3 fellow beings. That's why hotel is price worthy. I just love that hotel and wish to continue in that hotel only. I found that hotel safe also for the family members. Overall that hotel was a best choice in Gaya .

We had stayed in Nancy Residency in the last week of September. The rooms are nice and spacious. 3 beds in a room is a plus point. Bath is good. We had in house food, which was prepared to our requirement and it was fresh and safe. Staff and manager were courteous. It is near all the important temples and monasteries.

Our first impressions were really good looking at the rooms. We'd booked 2 rooms for 4 days which is not very usual for travelers. Staff appeared cordial too. However, Our experiences later on proved very very disappointing. Services were very very poor. Dining room was just a makeshift room. Hot water was scarcely available. Hygiene levels were scarring. RO water was filled up in used bottles with a dirty mug!Whatever we ordered came pretty later, or was never delivered. Absolutely mismanaged hotel. Avoidable.

Booked through oyo, hotel manager says he won't give us the room because we payed online. Oyo customer support didn't help either. We ended up cancelling and paying hotel in cash. Rooms were okay in size bedsheets and blankets were dirty and smelly. A/C was not working. No water. Lots of Mosquitoes. Manager was not helpful at all. Avoid this property if you can.

Had an awesome experience. Mr. MERAJ the hotel manager is one of the most helpful person i have meet .. Any issue he is there to help. Its a feel like home atmosphere... Tea and water at your arrival is complimentary. This feedback is purely from a travellers perspective.

Worst. A labour class hotel with no housekeeping, no water in toilets. Room and bedsheets stink as if someone has puked on it. Staffs are road class. if you complain they will reply "you would have checked before booking". I had booked more then 3 rooms for my guests. So review is for all rooms.
