OYO Hotel Kanako International

It is a best hotel with good service. Even at mid night when I called the hotel manager he immediately arranged a car from Gaya Rly Jn to Budh Gaya with continuous follow up till reaching the hotel. My judicious anger is on OYO because they will not provide the contact number of the Hotel unless and until we scold the OYO people. Please do not book any hotel through OYO any where.

I book this hotel by oyo but he don't give me the room I will book AC room but he give me non AC room that's why I don't stay here and my experience is very bad oyo and this hotel

If you really want to save harassment and hustle, please don't visit this hotel. It is also located outer where once reached, it is hard to find rickshaw. You book online and they ask for extra money. Even if online booking has AC room, they will force non AC room else pay double from online. They have no shame when talking rude on this thing.

Don't even consider it. Rooms are not worth the money. Their service is pathetic. They make under age children work there. When we visited we were given a room where tap was broken. After changing it to different room we thought we will rest peacefully coz we had a long travel then electricity went off. We waited for 5 mins. They turned on the generator after we asked them to. Even second time when electricity went off we had to go to reception to ask them to turn on or else they were siting void even the water gets over for that also we have to ask them to turn on the pump they dont do anything by themself even after changing hefty money. They have a bouquet hall also you may find some party going on during your stay with loud music till 12 or later night. They dont even have kitchen and the place is far isolated. You will get better hotel in mahabodi temple area. Search for hotel near mahabodi temple.

Booked through OYO. It was supposed to be an AC room. They denied providing AC room at the price OYO had given me. The water from the tank kept overflowing for three hours and no one turned off. The light fluctuates and when it does they don’t turn on power back up or generator until you ask. Staff behaviour was good but on the name of service it was nil. (Nil battey sannata).

The hotel is very clean.hotel staff are so kind and friendly. If you find hotel in bodhgaya I suggest this hotel is good.

Nice property but need professional Management. Rooms are spacious nut the blankets are worn out and torn. Need new double layered blankets specially during December and January. Would be nice e if they have a running restaurant. Some of the staff were helpful but as I mentioned earlier the hotel needs a good management team.
