The worst hotel we ever stayed for a week We booked 10 rooms for 20 people, Room are dirty, bugs, no hot water, every room smell bad- some of us have to changed room but a bit better, bed sheet and pillow are very dirty yellow stain. Kitchen very dirty with unprofessional cook staff. When writing reviews, see rating 4.3 which is untrue. We give it 1.5. I need upload pictures, not an option. There lot more to write. Not recommend for trailers or tourists. There is no washer and dryer machine in the hotel.

Good Hotel, the rooms are good and the bathroom s clean. Delicious food. Staffs are very polite and friendly. And Good location...we can walk to Mahabodhi temple♡, it's not far.

Thís hotel so dirty, pillow was yellow stain, kitchen is dirty non professional cook and service, towell is dirty, bed is dirty, bugs, none professional housekeeping.

The service is very good! Rampravesh (Chef) was very accommodating and even made momo for us on a couple occasions. All hotel staff were very helpful. The manager made sure we had everything we need. The hotel is 5 mins walk to Mahabodhi Temple, perfect location.

Nice service location is so good I recommend my family and friends to come and see the beautiful enviornment of the hotel. Staff service is best. Rooms are neatly clean and heigenic . Manager behaviour is up to the mark ❣️‼️

Unacceptable service for INR 3700 per night + taxes. Please don't go on pics and reviews available as I did. Can't be called as hotel. Services are like lodge. Flies and insects were flying in lobby and room. Intrestingly they don't even have any pesticides or Hit available. Staff were unaware of details of my booking. I booked room with breakfast. In the morning they were not aware of it. There were no breakfast or buffet available. On request they arranged my breakfast in room later. At one night there were hundreds of insects slipped into my room through window. The intercom didnot work from day one. I had to call the no given on website to inform them about insects. The person on other side of phone said "What can be done at night?" 😃 I personally went to lobby, there was complete dark and one person was sleeping. Somehow I managed to inform him he then sent one guy with broom (on my suggestion 😊) After one hour of struggle managed to get rid of insects. Gyser was not available. They said to charge money for water after 1 litre for 3 guests 😑(INR 3700/night room rent I paid).

Good property, locatiin is very near to budha temple ....and service is good all staff are very smile face, net and clean very much Stay home away from home. enjoyable my pilgrimrs stay at his property.

How could this be an"International" hotel? This is the worst place i stayed ever. Rooms are too small. Twin sharing rooms were converted to triple rooms. Windows cannot be closed properly. No hot water. No AC. Not even toilet rolls were kept. They had to be requested. Bedsheets and pillow cases are dirty. Mattress is like a rock. Bathroom drainage is blocked. Doesnot give hair dryers. Staff is not willing to help. Im highly dissapointed and dissatisfied.
