OYO 30755 Hotel Shakuntala Palace

Horrible place to stay, no facilities, wierd staff, highly unhygienic place i have ever visited, guest houses might be better than this, even train provides clean bedsheets and blankets but this hotel provides highly unhygienic linens for usage, you cannot even order water to drink, full of mosquoites everywhere, spider webs and stinking foul smell everywhere. Moreover, its in very aloof place where you cannot find any autos or car to rent, you have to go almost 300 mts outside to get any vehicle , no trained staff availability, A BIG NO NO TO STAY EVEN FOR A DAY!!!!we had a tough time staying here and unable to move out due to heavy rush and unavailability of any other hotels on our staying dates. If you are concerned of your health, please avoid staying here....

The hotel is cheap with the OYO discounts but situated very aloof, in a village type area. The restaurant service is not available here, so we will have to visit nearby restaurants for dinner. There is an open space for our car parking. Wi-Fi has NO internet. There is no mosquito repellent liquid available. Hand shower knob is broken. Tap of the basin is broken. GEYSER NOT WORKING. ... Absolutely a NO VISIT hotel...

Utter waste hotel where ever I seen in Oyo. I booked this hotel because of non availability of near by hotel in Bodh Gaya due to some Pooja celebration in Bodhgaya temple. The hotel don't have a proper way for coming through vehicles. Once we reached in hotel I felt like a Haunted hotel. There was no one inside the hotel. I requested for a bulb because there was no light inside the bathroom. The hotel boy simply saying ""no problem you just adjust this" For families and others, please don't take this hotel. Not safe. No service.

It was great experience, the best part of this hotel is that it is situated at a very peace place. Staff was excellent becoz talked nicely. That's all overall best experience.

Excellent room service, staffs are very nice, cleanliness is fantastic, great place to stay in a budget, it also provides various facilities like free wifi etc

This hotel is duping people of there hard money , with the help of Oyo brand, my life's most regretable decesion, i had payed booking amount in advance and never checked in but wtl they deducted two days amount of two rooms, by showing my checkin a day earlier, am going to sue them in court of law

Had a great stay in here. Pretty neat and clean rooms. Staff is pretty well behaved and friendly. Overall good hotel
