Hotel The Residency is such a good hotel and I give them 5 out of 5 in rooms service and location it's is located just 200 meter from Mahabodhi temple and given best service at every point and every time rooms are also very clean and clear and atmosphere of room is really nice the give best room's at affordable and reasonable price. staff are very good and helpful...and one more thing if you visit this place try to taste their own hotel food best taste at best price.

Very poor management. Over priced looking at the service they provide.Need to give more training to managers/supervisor, very pathetic manners,Who ever the owner of this hotel please recruit manager who can speak international language (English) so that he can deal with clients in a very good way, just locally trained doesn’t make good manager, they should explore to the world because I saw more foreigners come to this hotel than locals. And also staffs in the receptionist looks little tricky cos they don’t issue the bill immediately giving excuses and all.I will never recommend this hotel to anyone instead go to another.

This hotel was much better than I expected. Room was clean and comfy. The food served at the restaurant were amazingly delicious. The service provided by the hotel staffs was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.
