OYO Hotel C K International

Elevator is a mess, old style elevator stuck couple of times. Nowhere elevators with grills are used nowadays that too in a tourist destination like Bodh Gaya. Rooms are okay and cleanliness can be improved, however the service was lethargic - Washroom doesn’t even have a Hanger to hang the towel. Asked for a fix but nothing happened.

Rooms are dirty. Bathroom fittings are broken.

Too much poor service, recommend to everyone never go there. Reasons are ------- 1. Fully dirty atmosphere of hotel 2. Restaurant service are not available. 3. There have no TV inside the room. 4. No Almera for keeping luggage & dress. 5. They are deny for giving Towel & sandle. 6. Room service too much poor. Each & every staff's unprofessional, they don't know how to behave with customer. 7. After getting the room I'm asking for food & water but they are hold my order upto 11 pm. On midnight they are telling me "u know how to arrange your food & water, we are not responsible for that". Full night stay without food & drink shower water. 8. After huge torcher on morning they didn't give my complimentary breakfast. When I'm asking for breakfast on 9 o'clock, there reply "our breakfast time will ended on 7 o'clock". Mentioned all things are happens with me, so request to everyone read my comments & deeply feel my experience before book this hotel. Thank you

Infrastructure was built good but due to lack of maintenance it is in shambles. Also the behaviour of the staff is lackadaisical...when we reached for early checkin...one sleepy young boy in the reception got up and checked us in..broke a full bottle of ketchup in front of our eyes...refused to give AC room at the price...but it's okay since we got the room pretty cheap....our room toilet was fine but there was a wedding next building near our window...so the cooking fumes was blasting in and we couldn't sleep....closing the doors and only window was suffocating and we sweat in silence throught the night...

It was a nice place. All the things were perfect including staff and all. The food they served was delicious and tasty. The rooms were value for money they charged. The price was budget friendly. I really liked this place so much.
