OYO G S Rest House

Made a booking at this hotel via MakeMyTrip for 22nd September and reached the hotel on 23rd September early morning. Upon reaching the hotel was told that I had a false booking (whatever that means) and that the property was no longer operational. Later in the day, I went again to the property and saw this gentleman standing outside and asked him if rooms were available. He told me rooms were available and then I countered him saying that early in the morning I was told that property wasn't functional. He went inside upon being told so. Oyo rooms should seriously consider their partnership with this property as it's maligning their brand name. The property should immediately be delisted from Oyo rooms. Moreover, the board outside the building names it as Pawan guest house unlike GS rest house on Oyo website or MakeMyTrip. Also the property is in the middle of nowhere, you have to walk 500-600 metres to get to the main road. There are no eating joints nearby and at night the area becomes deserted.

We had a group booking for some private function. And the AC was working properly only in a few rooms. Rest of us were suffering in the other rooms. The fan spotted was also very low so it was a challenge getting some sleep at night.

Very understanding staff and very cooperative Rooms are okey but hotel is new so u dont feel discomfort here
