Buddha Heritage Resort

We loved the place. Great rooms. End to end service. Great location. Great deal.|The staff are courteous and well trained. ||We got room service and mutiple service requests fulfilled promptly. The hotel arranged for a tour car at reasonable prices as well. ||The food too is quite palatable. We had a delish plate of crispy chicken. The breakfast too is simple and fresh.

The property is great with lot of open spaces. The complimentary breakfast is good too. However considering the property and facilities I wish the staffs are more professional and more welcoming towards guest. It has the potential to be one of the best hotels in Bodhgaya provided they improve the hospitality.

Good place to stay with family. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Had stayed in the pent rooms that are comfortable for large families. Restaurant is accessible and has varied menu. Kids will enjoy the place due to its greenery. Staff was courteous.

Overall experience is nice...staffs are very polite and helpful...hotel is well maintained and clean ...ambience is so calm and vast that everyone can feel relaxed here.. there are variety in food too ...it is pleasant to spend holidays here in this Resort with family and friends...wish it will remain same or be more better than every time...thank you

Our experience was not satisfactory at the resort... The bedsheets, quilt etc were not of good standards and the room lacked basic amenities.... bathroom is very basic... The hotel lacks greenery... The swimming pool also is of low standards and not well maintained... Complimentary Breakfast was also very simple and hotel staffs were not much professional... The only good thing about the hotel is its location.. In short this is just a 2 star hotel and it seems it is being managed by a Miser.

Location: The only plus point was the location of the hotel. Service: The worst service I can ever imagine. We had booked two rooms 2 months ago. One room from 15th November to 17th November and another room from 16th Nov to 17th Nov. However, there was a wedding ceremony on 16th at the hotel. On the 16th morning we checked into our rooms, however, as one of the rooms was not ready so we didn't take the key and left the hotel for Rajgir in the morning at 09:30 am. On our arrival in the evening, our room was being sold to wedding people and we were asked to shift to the other hotel nearby. We reached to the GM of the hotel, Shri dhananjay kr, who knew that our room had been sold started the talk with full aggression and even said that " you can leave the hotel, if you wish". I had never seen a GM talking so aggressively in hotel service. Also, he was not even feeling sorry that I had family which included my old aged mother and a nephew whose age is 6 years. Lastly, we left the hotel same day and shifted to another one. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Don't go only for the location. You will get a better hotel nearby.
