HOTEL SHASHI INTERNATIONAL

One of the worst hotel to stay !! Rooms in hotel are very congested, full of bugs , bad odor !! Hotel pretty old ( may 50+ years ) No hot water at all!! I stayed here with my parents, wanted almost 2 hrs for hot water. Do stay here.

Mr A Singh the manager is a gentleman,arranged a car for us and prompt service.The quality of tea is very high .Location of the hotel is great just near monasteries.

This hotel is very close to Buddha Temples. House keeping is good. Rooms are small and congested. Food served is average. Gaya is 20 kms away from this place.||||Front desk staff very cooperative. No airport pick up or drop. They will arrange for vehicles for airport drop on payment. The airport is around 5 kms away.||||This is an average budget hotel. For overnight stay ok.

The Rooms are decent. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is at a perfect distance from all the monastries and also it is located near the main temple. The pricing is bit on the higher side as compared to the facilities provided. Note: Hot water is provided. (Really necessary in winters)

Hotel Shashi International in Bodh Gaya is close to Bodhi Temple. Food is ok. Rooms are congested. Mr. Anurag Singh at the front desk is very cooperative. Check in check out is smooth. There is no parking for vehicles. Good for overnight stay.

Bare minimum necessities but has AC, Fan, spacious rooms, airy rooms, mosquito netting, recessed lighting etc. TV etc. available

This hotel is a quite old property strategically located in this temple town. Opposite to the hotel itself starts Buddha temple constructed by different countries like Bhutan, China, Japan and others. The Maha Bodhi temple is a World heritage site which is located about 750 meters from this hotel. 80 foot Buddha park is about 250 meters from this property. There is nothing to tell more about the room. It is very ordinary. For a overnight stay one can just manage. Not worth the money you pay.

Since there were one of the last availlable rooms in Bodhgaya at Kalachakra Initiation 2017, I had to book here for a really unbelievable price!||But this was common at this time. I never paid such a rate in a hotel like this in India....||Walking distance was to the center was about 10-15 min.||||Good place to eat you can find between the mainroad and the hotel on the right side, there is a kind of passage and at the 1st floor ther are 2 nice cafes.
