Hotel Ambassador

There is no any value of Regular customers,as I am a customer since January 2017 but today with very heavy heart I have to complain that Management Staffs are not co operative,After 12 hours waiting as well as 2 days prior information over Phone the Manager of Hotel in the Evening says Sorry Sir I couldn't arranged room for you and no any information given over Phone while I have putted my belongings with him from morning 10 am.

Very good hotel with supporting staff. Food quality was also nice. Room, washroom & toilet were properly clean. Value for money.

A nice hotel with an affordable price range but frequent power cuts in the summer season is very irritating. No power back up options are there

It used to be a very gud hotel in buxar which now needs some maintenance and renovation but the current tariff is still justified. U hv very decent ppl at the reception ready to help anytime. In fact I booked my room a month back jst on WhatsApp and thy were holding the room until we checked in. Location wise its too gud as it jst near to the entrance of city and u can avoid conjested city traffic and secondly if u r travelling to U.P. .. its jst next to the last circle in Bihar.

You just can't beat this hotel in pppr service. So much so that I had to write a review for a first time for the last 15 years that I am travelling. No intercom. Dirty linen, dirty floors, dirty everything. You can hear the support staff shouting and talking amongst themselves. Chai was good though for which you will have to make timely request at reception. You can bear the location , though. Nicely located hotel. But also keeping in view the other hotel offerings, this is just doable types.

No phone room as well as call Bell , colour just like hospital reception manager rudely talking room service very poor I thik please visit room and check properly found many issues bathroom very dirty

Ok kind of a hotel. People travelling to gaya from varanasi at night time occupies this hotels inorder to avoid issues on highway. Food is good the stay is somewhat ok. Manager says it a 3 star hotel but its. 1 star hotel with room full of mosquitoes, you would not be able to close the window. The room boy checks the room pretty often to check if you are carrying or consuming alcohol inside the hotel as the state is a dry state.
