City Center Inn

Monkeys were very problematic. Staffs are very good behaviour. Cleaning and proper lighting (inside and outside of hotel) were also not good. Basic amenities like towel, soaps, comb , door lock of Rooms and Almera were not available. This hotel is good only for single destitute students.

I mean, I had booked a room in this hotel, when I reached the hotel at 11 pm, I called on the number given by them, their number was switched off, I went inside and called, they did not give any response, I also wasted my money many times. I called them but their number was switched off, I called several times, no one answered, then I went to another hotel for the night and stayed there, they did not even refund my money, so I say no one should book the room, these people are thieves, you are online. If you book, these people will do the same

Hotel is OK but you can get better place in that budget & overall room and bathroom is too small as well as uncomfortable . There is no kitchen at all. There is one thing should be appreciated that's Mr. Anand GUPTA ( care taker) behavior and service whenever you gonna need him.

One of the very bad experience of life. They have not their own kitchen, and even no any restaurant available near hotel, Room is too small, as like small type of washroom and washroom as like train. you can't even do properly, Price is too high and bed and rooms are very dirty. Owner is totally depends on this hotel for survive his life, that's why is asking 2400/- (AC room) for one night stay. There two good hotel in buxar one is Royal place on station road and Ambassador Hotel at Shivpuri.

First of all, the place looks like in the middle of market which is somewhere true but to get to te room you need to climb around 40 stairs to get to the AC room. so with elderly people you can't imagine to stay there. secondly there were bugs in the bed and we really felt worst with the kind of treatment hotel staff had with all the guests. With the behavior of reception we felt that for him (the old man at reception namely pramod or vinod I don't remember now) guest were not staying at hotel by paying bucks but on his mercy or saraay.. :/ really really really worst experience ever ..

A decent stay over (literally) in the city of Buxar. It was after searching for an hour and a half, roaming across the streets and going through so many places to stay over that we actually found this place. Although, the place is currently in the phase of development, but it is better than most of the lodges available around the city. A decent room tariff, and proximity to the river ganges (where I worked :p). I hope the place will arrange for the tiny bits of lacking amenities, when I visit next. If you are coming to Buxar and looking for a steady over. It's a nice and cozy one. ^.^

Rooms were neat and tidy. I am not giving it a 5 star because there rates are high as compared to other hotels. On 25th aug 2021 price for AC room is 1500 but after concession it costed me 1300 and 900 for non AC for one night stay. Still costly as compared to other hotels.

Room is too small as well as washroom. It's seems made for Lilliput . I have wasted ₹2400 ( AC) for 24 hrs of stay, price is too high , No any resturant near this Hotel. Food facilities are not available in this hotel not even a single bottle of water and tea. There is some offline hotels are available in Buxar Royal Place , station road, Ambassador Hotel at Shivpuri . I would like to suggest Not go with this .
