Hotel Garcia International

I stayed for one night at Hotel Gracia and was given a ‘superior’ room. However I found the room to be quite small and it was surprising that there was no proper platform or table to place my luggage and open it which was inconvenient. The bathroom while decent in design had noticeable cleanliness issues including yellow plaque on the walls. On the positive side the food was excellent and the hotel’s location is great. The amenities were good and the service was satisfactory making the overall atmosphere pleasant. However, the room size needs to be compensated by providing a table for luggage which to enhance guest’s satisfaction.

Although the room is good but the half of reception don’t know how to make a bill correctly. It took them 1 hour to get correct my bill. This is not the service we ask from premium hotels.

The restaurant is amazing. They have recently enhanced their services, food quality and environment. Waitresses are employed too along with the waiters which is quite impressive.

It's Nice! I like this place, Nice Arrangements, Good Location, Delicious food , Well managed Staff, Awesome infrastructure. I like it.

We (group of doctors) went to hotel Garcia for dinner. Its the best hotel in Darbhanga. To our delight, we found that the staff are exceedingly cooperative at the restaurant. Special mention needs to be done about Miss Rajni, Senior GSA. The way she conducts and serves guests is a treat to watch. God bless her with bright future

Very poor room service. 50 minutes passed by since order given but good not served till now. Why do they take orders if they can not serve. It seems there is no management of orders and no one bothers which order is pending. Better eat outside.

Good experience during the stay. rooms are decent, Staff is very helpful and humble. Food is very good 👍

In 5000 rs they r only serve u 1bottle water fr 24hr..in complimentary meal.they serve only packed juice not fresh juice ,, Washroom was not clean,,sawer not working,they told that maintanence is not going regularly. If anybody think that garcia havng 3to4 star rating hotel then u r wrong ,,only 2star rating hotel...and his staff is not supporting ..not carryng lugage.
