The Imperial Hotel and Restaurant

Nice place to stay in fact the service is exceptional. The TV cable was not working n they went to great extent to get it repaired/ replaced and finally make it work. Food quality is very good. Very Early morning carry breakfast was an icing on the stay.

I have stayed in this hotel many times. It is the best hotel in the entire area. The staff there is very helpful and very friendly. I also liked the food very much. The hotel service is very good. The washrooms are very clean. The hotel is good in terms of safety. The price of the hotel is a bit high but the hotel is very luxurious.

Cons: Many hair on bed, RAT visited us in our room😫, dirty mats, can hear people speaking in other room, exhaust of one bathroom is connected to another bathroom which has an exhaust fan, water bottle was not provided, dirty cutlery, no dustbin in bathroom. Pros: No mosquitos, hot water in bathroom, relatively cleaner hotel in Darbhanga I believe (imagine saying this despite of soo many cons!), working AC, they arrange cab if asked.

Stayed there multiple times. The hotel is beautiful. The corridors are walkable and wide. Coming to the rooms, they are pretty big with a bed, 2 bedside tables, one mini fridge, tv, cupboard, tea table, chairs. The washroom was clean and of appropriate size. In the ground floor there is a dining area. The behaviour of the staff is good but one of them is not good. Otherwise everything was fine.
