OYO 35895 Hotel Ira Palace

This place is bit spooky and weird. You will hear all sorts of noise at night like someone above your room is hitting something. Cats crying at night. Back Door knocking randomly. And above all what are doctors doing in a hotel. Most of the rooms are booked for doctors with their name plate. But overall a very good place...spacious room clean Washroom.

0 star. Below are the few points where oyo needs to improve. 1.closed booking from website and providing room on extra cost on hotel. 2. Nothing working inside room like tv not working bed too much dirty. Chair Table too much dirty 3. Restroom was not properly cleaned bucket was too much dirty, no mug for bathing. 4.Too much of mosquito inside the room. When I asked for "all out" said we don't have. 5. We don't have tavel at all. 6. No mineral water at all. 7. No night buld 8. Not at all sanitized room. 9. Not at all recommendable 10.Staff behavior was very rude. What I found good here. Location is very good. Specious room.

Its approx 50-60m inside from kamal chauk. Good ventilated room. Service was not good asked to change the bedsheet a few time but no heed given.

Very bad Service..They charge for AC room and turn their AC off whole day..never go this hotel..very bad experience.service is very bad.

One of the best hotel in the lahersarai region. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The service provided here is top notch.
